Meditation and love
are the two wings
that allow us to rise
Ishtar
A a spark of wildness, too, that has always pushed me to follow what felt right, even when the path was far from obvious. I have learned to trust the turns, even the most unsettling ones, and sometimes to swim in troubled waters for a while before finding my way back — and I am still learning.
Each detour has been in reality a bridge toward a new adjustment, a new frequency, that has brought me a little closer to my essence.
My Journey
I studied psychology . I worked in institutions. But very soon, something called me elsewhere. I started creating with my hands — crochet, making clothes — and it was a revelation. As if my life shifted from black and white to colour and movement. In the act of knitting, weaving, something within me was being woven too.
Later, while supporting people in search of meaning, I found the same truth: when someone tastes their own creativity, something essential comes back to life. Something starts moving again, and the rest of the path can unfold. Creativity is life.
Then came the travels. Encounters with living traditions that transformed me deeply. Meditation, Zen, Tantra, the traditions of the Andes. Each path awakened dormant memories, each encounter brought me a little closer to myself.
I became a disciple of Osho in 1999. I trained in ito-thermie and colour light therapy for over ten years. Through shamans from Peru and Colombia, I discovered the Andean cosmovisión — its way of weaving a living bond between the human being and the forces of nature. Its rituals, offerings, and ancestral practices of cleansing and rebalancing are now part of the way I support others.
Today, I am exploring the Sufi universe and training in whirling dervish dance — a path that is opening and nourishing me profoundly.
Weaving
Creation, meditation, healing, dance, cacao — everything converges toward what I see as an art of living, where the sacred slips into the simplest gestures of daily life, at every moment.
It is from this source that the three paths I offer are born — the Way of the Hummingbird, the Path of the Butterfly, the Way of the Phoenix. Each one is a journey back to oneself, woven from everything I have lived and received.
I welcome participants at home in Bugarach, in a setting of powerful nature. Each programme is designed the way one makes a “sur measure” garment— according to what is necessary and right, for each person and for the group.
I also offer one-to-one work, in the shape of retreats or individual healing sessions, for those who feel the need for a space to find themselves again, recharge and do deep inner work.
My wish is to inspire those who cross my path to find their own fragrance — that singular essence that is simply waiting to be revealed.
