A personnalized retreat experience with thoughfully treatments and practices tailored specifically for you. This immersive journey invites you into profound inner work and requires genuine commitment.

The first step is a video call, where together we set your intention and define the length of your stay. From there, I weave a programme tailored to what feels right for you — at this precise moment of your journey. This programme is not fixed : it adjusts as the work unfolds, according to what reveals itself.

The days are organised around a regular, structured rhythm, with the flexibility needed to respond to what emerges. Body movement, meditation, individual healing sessions drawn from the various tools I have received along my path — each day is woven according to what is right, in the moment. A nourishing vegetarian diet supports the deeper work.

This process is also a chance to break free from your patterns. You change rhythm, you change surroundings. You step out of the loop of habits that keep you distant from yourself. It is in this unfamiliar space, sometimes unsettling, that something new can emerge.
And between the sessions, there is silence. Time to do nothing. To walk in nature, to write, to sit with yourself. These suspended moments are essential — this is where what has been touched can integrate and find its place.

In summer, you can be welcomed on site, in a tent, in the heart of Bugarach’s powerful nature. If you prefer a space of your own, simple and affordable options are available nearby (guesthouses, camping) — external accommodation is at your own expense. I can help you find the right place.
