Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Estrella Healing and any person wishing to participate in a spiritual retreat organized by Estrella Healing.

Any registration implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration and Booking

2.1 Registration Process

Registration for a retreat is done:

Your place is considered reserved only after receipt of the €200 deposit.

A registration confirmation will be sent to you by email.

3. Pricing

Retreat prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes.

Estrella Healing reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but retreats will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of booking.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Deposit

A deposit of €200 is required at the time of booking.

Accepted payment methods for the deposit:

  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal

4.2 Balance Payment

The balance of the total amount must be paid no later than upon arrival at the retreat.

Preferred payment method for the balance: Cash

Other accepted methods: Bank transfer, PayPal

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Participant

The €200 deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.

In case of cancellation the week before the retreat starts:

  • The full amount of the retreat remains due
  • The participant must pay the remaining balance

Example: If the retreat costs €600 and you cancel 5 days before the start:

  • The €200 deposit is forfeited
  • The €400 balance remains due

5.2 Cancellation Insurance

We strongly recommend that participants take out cancellation insurance to cover costs in case of impediment (illness, accident, serious family event, etc.).

5.3 Cancellation by Estrella Healing

In case of retreat cancellation by Estrella Healing (insufficient number of participants, force majeure, etc.):

  • Full refund of all amounts paid
  • No additional compensation may be claimed

5.4 Date Changes

Estrella Healing reserves the right to modify retreat dates. In this case:

  • Participants will be informed as early as possible
  • Option to reschedule to another session
  • Or full refund in case of refusal

6. Participant Obligations

The participant agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Inform Estrella Healing of any relevant medical or physical condition
  • Respect the retreat’s internal rules
  • Adopt respectful behavior towards other participants and staff
  • Respect the premises and equipment provided

Estrella Healing reserves the right to exclude, without refund, any participant whose behavior is deemed incompatible with the proper conduct of the retreat.

7. Liability

7.1 Spiritual and Wellness Activities

The retreats offered by Estrella Healing are personal and spiritual development activities. They do not in any way substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

The participant remains solely responsible for their physical and mental health.

7.2 Insurance

Participants must have liability insurance and insurance covering medical expenses.

Estrella Healing declines all responsibility in case of accident, theft, loss, or damage occurring during the retreat, except in case of proven fault.

8. Force Majeure

Estrella Healing cannot be held responsible in case of non-performance of its obligations resulting from a force majeure event (natural disaster, pandemic, strike, government decision, etc.).

9. Personal Data

Personal data collected during your registration is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
